About the Sun City Oro Valley Loan Room

The Community Assistance Committee (CAC) is a SCOV Board appointed committee which is responsible for the Loan Room, the Recycle Aluminum Can Collection Program and the Annual Pancake Breakfast. The CAC is responsible for maintaining, staffing and operating the Loan Room. The Loan Room has medical and child-care equipment as well as items for out-of-town visitors which can be checked out by SCOV residents free of charge.

The Loan Room staff, the workers with the Can Collection, and the cooks and service personnel for the Pancake Breakfast are all Sun City residents who volunteer their time and efforts. Throughout the year, these activities involve more than 100 people contributing their time for the betterment of our community.
